E-invoices, which are prepared by EFYS, are on PDF/XFA architecture and also can be viewed by third party programs. There are 3 modules in EFYS system:

    EFYS-1M: It is the second copy transfer module which sends the second copies of invoices to the Electronic                        Invoice Registration System in a digital form according the EV-VAP Protocol.
    EFYS-2M: It is the digital archive module which archives and manages transferred digital copies of invoices                        on disks, CDs or DVDs.
     EFYS-3M: It is the first copy transfer module which prepares the first copies using digital signature and                        manages the distribution of them to the e-mails of customers automatically.

The System of Electronic Invoice Registration’s data transmission is actualized by E-Invoice Data Transfer Protocol (EF-VAP). EF-VAP is a flexible and reliable protocol that includes error control management, guarantees the identities of involved parties and besides enables huge amounts of data transfer in a short time. Non repudiation of the operations is guaranteed by the digital signature application.
